Compensation and Incentives

At The Bitcoin Adviser, we highly value our referral partners and appreciate their vital role in introducing new clients to our services. To acknowledge and reward this significant contribution, we have developed a lucrative compensation structure.

Explanation of Referral Commission Structure

We offer a rewarding commission structure to our referral partners. For each Successful Referral, we shall pay the Referrer a Referral Fee equivalent to 10% of the revenue received from the referred client in the previous quarter. We define a Successful Referral as a referral that results in a new client contract with The Bitcoin Adviser.

The Referral Fee payment is not a one-time payment. We continue to pay the Referral Fee on a recurring basis as long as we receive revenue from the referred client. This means you can earn from each Successful Referral indefinitely, offering a great opportunity for passive income.

Please note: This Referral Fee structure is in place until either:

  • Termination of the referral agreement according to its terms;
  • Closure of The Bitcoin Adviser's business; or
  • Sale of The Bitcoin Adviser's business.

Timeline of Commission Payment

The Referral Fee payments are made quarterly. Each payment corresponds to the revenue received from the referred client in the previous quarter. The payments are made at the end of the month following the quarter in which the revenues were received.

For example: For revenues received in the first quarter (January to March), the Referral Fee payment will be made at the end of April.

Method of Commission Payment

We make the Referral Fee payments in Bitcoin, sent to a Bitcoin wallet of your choosing.

To facilitate these payments, we need the Referrer to provide us with 100 points of identification, as required by Australian law. You can find the acceptable forms of identification on the Australian Federal Police website: AFP 100 Point Checklist.

Compliance and Ethics

Our partners are an extension of The Bitcoin Adviser's brand, and thus, we expect all referrers to maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. This section outlines the standards and compliance requirements we expect our partners to adhere to.

Upholding The Bitcoin Adviser's Standards of Conduct

As a partner, you should act in a manner that is consistent with the values and principles of The Bitcoin Adviser. Honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to clients' interests are vital. Please ensure that all interactions with potential clients and other stakeholders are transparent, truthful, and free from any misleading or deceptive information. This extends to how you describe our services, manage relationships, and conduct your referral activities.

Compliance Requirements for Partners

Our referral partners must comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including those related to data protection and privacy, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery and corruption. You are also required to abide by any specific sector or jurisdictional laws that may apply.

Additionally, it's important that all referrals are made in a manner that respects the rights and wishes of potential clients. Please ensure you respect individuals' preferences regarding contact methods and frequency.

Confidentiality and Data Protection Guidelines

We take data protection very seriously at The Bitcoin Adviser. As a referral partner, you might come into contact with confidential or sensitive information about potential clients. It's essential that you respect this confidentiality and handle all such data with care. This means not disclosing confidential information without proper consent and ensuring secure storage and handling of any personal data you collect or process.

In line with the above, please adhere to these key points:

  • Only collect the necessary information to facilitate a referral.
  • Store and process this information securely.
  • Do not share any client information without the individual's explicit consent.
  • Be transparent with potential clients about why you're collecting their information and how it will be used.
  • Respect and promptly respond to any requests from individuals about their data, such as access requests or removal requests.

By complying with these standards and guidelines, you help ensure a positive and trustworthy relationship between clients, partners, and The Bitcoin Adviser. Remember, our goal is to provide peace of mind to clients while helping them secure their Bitcoin legacy. Every action we take should be guided by this mission.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Learn from others' experiences. Here are common mistakes referral partners make and how to avoid them:

Not Using Your Landing Page

Always ensure your referrals visit and contact us through your personalized landing page. If they contact us through the main website instead of your landing page, we may not be able to attribute the referral to you. Always share your landing page URL, not the main website URL.

Being Too Pushy

Remember, you're helping, not selling. If someone isn't interested, respect that. Pushing too hard damages relationships and our reputation. Focus on people who genuinely need help securing their Bitcoin.

Not Following Up

Once you make a referral, stay in touch. Check in periodically to see if they have questions or need support. Your involvement increases the likelihood they'll become a client.

Making Promises You Can't Keep

Don't promise specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Let our team handle the details. Your role is to introduce and support, not to make commitments on our behalf.

Not Understanding Our Services

Take time to understand what we do before referring. Read our materials, ask questions, and make sure you can accurately explain collaborative security and our mission.

Ignoring Compliance Requirements

Make sure you provide the required identification (100 points) for payment processing. Delays in providing this information delay your commission payments.
