"I am not a 'big player' here - just a regular girl who had to take a check on my future with the unexpected passing of my partner. Fortunately, his keen interest in BTC left me with a basic interest to pursue this asset as an investment pathway, and while I was readily able to and relatively confident about holding BTC in a cold wallet, I was ultimately concerned about safe long-term storage and where it could end up if there were no recovery mechanisms in place should something unexpected happen to me.
