This policy covers TBA Vault Watcher and TBA Vault Health, watch only iPhone companion apps for clients of The Bitcoin Adviser. Neither app requires an account or login for core use.

Both apps use public vault configuration only (extended public keys and descriptors). They do not access private keys or seed phrases.

TBA Vault Watcher

• Vault configuration is stored locally on your iPhone, encrypted in Keychain.
• Transaction and address history are stored locally on your iPhone, encrypted and protected by device security.
• Vault Watcher does not use analytics, tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or cloud synchronization.
• On first launch you accept our Terms of Service and this privacy policy.
• Optional notifications (transactions, milestones, price levels) are configured in Settings and controlled by you.
• Network requests fetch public blockchain data and Bitcoin or fiat prices only.
• Sharing wallet info from the vault menu includes the real balance in the shared text (not masked by the hide balances toggle).

TBA Vault Health

• Vault configuration and UTXO scan results are stored on your iPhone only.
• Network requests fetch public blockchain data and current fee rates.
• Health indicators and fee estimates are informational. The app does not send vault data to The Bitcoin Adviser automatically.
• Hide balances masks displayed BTC and fiat amounts in the UI. Health status, UTXO counts, and fee estimates still appear.

Both Apps

• No iCloud sync. All data remains on your iPhone.
• Same iPhone sync: when both apps are installed on the same iPhone, vault configs and scan data sync through shared on device storage only. This is not a cloud account and data is not transmitted to The Bitcoin Adviser.
• Hide balances: tap the eye icon to mask displayed amounts app wide.
• Reset App in Settings permanently deletes all vaults, scan data, and preferences on the device. A full reset in either app also clears shared data used by the companion app on the same iPhone.
• Removing an individual vault or deleting the app removes associated local data.

Users are responsible for securing their iPhone (passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). If you lose your device, re import vault configs from your custody platform and rescan.

No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored by The Bitcoin Adviser through these apps for login or account purposes.
