TBA Vault Apps
Three watch-only iPhone companion apps for clients of The Bitcoin Adviser. None hold private keys or can move your Bitcoin. Use them for visibility, planning, vault health guidance, and SMSF record keeping while your keys stay in Theya, Unchained, or your chosen custody platform.

TBA Vault Watcher

Works Together on the Same iPhone
When any of these apps are installed on the same iPhone, vault configs and scan data sync automatically through shared on device storage. Import a vault in any app; the others pick it up when you open them or pull to refresh.
You do not need all three. Each works on its own:
- Vault Watcher for full portfolio monitoring, transaction history, charts, and planning
- Vault Health for UTXO structure, traffic light health status, fee windows, and consolidation education
- Bitcoin Super for SMSF FY statements, AUD valuations, trustee education, and illustrative scenarios

Portfolio Monitoring
TBA Vault Watcher is a watch-only app for monitoring your Bitcoin vaults in one place. It shows your total stack, live Bitcoin prices, transaction history, monthly balance charts, and forward looking planning tools without ever holding keys that could spend your Bitcoin.
Think of it as a dashboard, not a wallet. Import public vault configuration (Unchained JSON or Theya descriptor) only. Never paste a seed phrase.
What It Does Not Do
Vault Watcher cannot send, receive, or sign Bitcoin transactions. It does not store seed phrases or private keys. All spending and consolidation happens in Theya, Unchained, or your chosen custody platform. Even if your phone were lost or compromised, your Bitcoin remains completely safe.

From First Launch to Dashboard
First launch. Read the Security and Privacy disclosures, review links to our Terms of Service and privacy policy, accept, and land on the Dashboard.
Add a vault. Open the Vaults tab, tap +, and paste Unchained JSON or a Theya descriptor. Optionally add a display name. The app scans the blockchain locally.
Stay current. Pull down to refresh on Dashboard, Chart, Plan, or Vaults. Optional Background Refresh in Settings can update vaults periodically (iOS controls exact timing).
Five Tabs
Dashboard
Total stack value in your chosen currency, live Bitcoin price, transaction feed across all vaults, client milestones (first deposit, 4th anniversary), vault list, and dust badges on tiny spam deposits.
Chart
Monthly balance history with flexible time ranges (1 month through all time). Per vault contribution table and month over month change when balances are visible.
Plan
Portfolio projections with Conservative, Base, and Bull scenarios. Goal planner with on track indicators. Save named plans locally. Illustrative only: CAGR applies to Bitcoin price (not balance), stacking is assumed constant, and taxes and fees are excluded. Not financial advice.
Vaults
Filter and sort all vaults. Vault detail shows statistics, addresses with QR codes, full transaction history, export PDF and CSV, and optional dust UTXO count when Health data is available.
Health
The Health tab opens TBA Vault Health, the companion app for UTXO health scores, traffic light indicators, fee analysis, and consolidation education. Traffic light UTXO scores live in Vault Health, not Vault Watcher. Tap Check UTXO Health on a vault to jump across. See Vault Health below →

UTXO Health and Fee Timing
TBA Vault Health helps you understand the health of your Bitcoin vaults and wallets. It looks at how your Bitcoin is structured on chain (UTXOs) and gives plain English guidance on fees, consolidation timing, and when a review might be worthwhile.
It works with collaborative custody vaults (Theya and Unchained 2 of 3 multisig) and singlesig wallets. Strictly watch only: it cannot move funds or access private keys. All transactions must be executed in Theya, Unchained, or your custody platform.
Available on iPhone only.

Two Ways to Add Vaults
Option A: Use Vault Watcher
If you already use TBA Vault Watcher on the same iPhone, install Vault Health and your vaults may appear after a moment. Pull down on the Dashboard to refresh if needed.
Option B: Import Manually
Tap the gear icon in Settings, paste your Unchained JSON or Theya descriptor under Import Vault Config, tap Save Config, and return to the Dashboard to see health scores.
Three Tabs
Dashboard
Portfolio list with traffic light health dots, balance, UTXO count, plain English health summary, and stale scan indicators. Filter, sort, and hide balances with the eye icon.
Fees
Network fee conditions (low, moderate, elevated, very high) and per vault fee scenarios: cost if you spent everything today, on a busy day, or during a fee spike. Consolidation timing guidance when scan data is available.
Learn

Health Indicators
Traffic light colours on the Dashboard (green, amber, red, grey) and detail labels such as Excellent, Healthy, Monitor, Review Recommended, and Action Planning Recommended are informational, not instructions to move funds immediately. Consolidation involves privacy and fee trade offs. Speak with your Bitcoin Adviser before changing vault structure.
SMSF Trustee Companion
Bitcoin Super is a watch-only iPhone companion for Australian SMSF trustees. See your fund balance in AUD, generate Australian financial year statements, learn custody and audit concepts, and explore illustrative retirement scenarios. No keys. No signing. Local data only.

From Import to Statement
Import or sync. Paste Unchained JSON or a Theya descriptor in Settings, or use vaults already in the shared store from Vault Watcher on the same iPhone.
Select your SMSF vault. Choose which vault(s) represent the fund. Selection applies to Bitcoin Super only.
Generate statements. Pick a financial year on the Statements tab and export supporting transaction detail with AUD valuations.
Cross-check records. Use balances and TXIDs alongside your administrator pack and the core evidence set.

Generate FY opening and closing balances, net movement, and transactions with TXIDs valued in AUD per calendar day (Sydney). Aligns with the SMSF Bitcoin Audit Guide evidence framing. Supporting evidence only.

Your Data Stays on Your iPhone
All three apps are watch only. They use public vault configuration (extended public keys and descriptors) only. They never see private keys or seed phrases.
- On device storage: Vault Watcher encrypts config in Keychain and stores transaction history locally. Vault Health stores configs and UTXO scan results on your iPhone. Bitcoin Super stores vault configs, scan results, statements, chart cache, and scenario profile inputs locally.
- No iCloud sync and no cloud accounts required.
- Hide balances with the eye icon in any app.
- Same iPhone sync between Watcher, Health, and Bitcoin Super uses shared on device storage only. Data is not transmitted to The Bitcoin Adviser automatically.
- Reset App in any app clears vault data on the device, including shared data used by companion apps.
